The day after I demanded a refund they said it is “in transit”. for two weeks the USPS link has said it is “AWATING THE PACKAGE” in order to provide tracking. I believe this is a scam. They charged my account nearly a month ago and I still have no product; no agreement to refund and have escalated this to a PAYPAL claim and investigation into getting my order cancelled and fully refunded. Poor Poor customer service, broken English from a chinese email account after they cearly advertise that all products are MADE AND SHIPPED in the USA.
